Located in the Spring Creek community near Max Patch Mountain and the Appalachian Trail, Elk Knob Farm and Gardens is a small family farm specializing in gourmet and heirloom fruits and vegetables. We are committed to sustainable agriculture practices that include crop rotation, companion planting, cover cropping and promoting beneficial insect habitat.
